  I tried to buy a car off this guy "Tim". I find out he is in cahoots with Broadway garage of Colombia county in Hudson N.Y. just down the road from each other. I made a deal for the price , we both excepted the terms. I went in on a sunday to finalize the deal and take my car home. He then read off a bunch of b.s. and had me think i owed him more then the deal we agreed. Which 150 for the plates i agree i owed and was willing to pay for... So my bill should have been 6200 plus 150 for a total of 6350...... Where the other extra 600 came from i have no idea. Well the owner as he told me he was after he started raising his voice to me and odered me to listen here...this is new york state everyone pays car taxes...and even stood up out of his chair and started for me. I told him i don't care who you are and he wasn't going to talk to me like that and the deal was off as i stood up too. I was told to leave. Which i had no problem doing. Now I'm buying a different car and im going to register it and i find out that im exempt from New York state car taxes cause im from out of state.
